Charlestown Apartments

The Charlestown Apartments project consisted of a new three-story, seven-unit apartment structure and associated site improvements on a 9,000 SF site. Specific features include wood frame construction, and hardipanel and hardiplank siding. Demolition of an existing three-unit apartment building was part of the contract.
