This project called for the extensive rehab of a seven-year-old commercial freezer. The scope of work included significant structural repairs, seismic upgrades, a new roof, new lighting, reconfiguration of the mechanical system, and new wall coverings. The work had to be completed in six weeks, prior to fruit harvesting season.
