Buchanan negotiated with SEED to renovate eight apartments in a historic, urban building. The scope of work included installing new cabinets, lights, heating units and trim. The work was phased to renovate four units at a time. Exterior work included patching and painting the building exterior, upgrading the entry, and tearing out and replacing 2,200 SF of sidewalk.
