Jubilee Women's Center

Seattle, WA

This project consisted of a major rehabilitation to twenty unoccupied units, and new construction of seven units in a densely populated neighborhood in Seattle. Additionally, we reconfigured spaces to accommodate a semi-industrial kitchen, a communal living space, laundry, recreation room and offices. Specific work included all new HVAC, new plumbing, and new electrical systems.
