Buchanan facilitated an extensive remodel of a 47-unit residence in an historic, occupied masonry structure. The scope of work included installation of a 5-stop elevator, reconfiguring and upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, repairing and repainting walls throughout the building, and replacing 36 aluminum clad windows with wood to match. Buchanan also provided parapet repairs and cleaning.
