Buchanan renovated this six-building apartment complex for St. Andrew's Housing Group to provide 28 affordable homes for Issaquah's low-income families.

Four units were vacated per month to facilitate the work. Specific tasks included hazmat abatement, all new electrical panels, electrical and plumbing systems, and HVAC. We also rehabilitated the kitchens and bathrooms, replaced floor coverings, and painted walls and ceilings. Exterior work consisted of new roofs, siding, windows, and paint, as well as significant landscaping upgrades.
