- prepare and maintain schedules for construction activities on each site
- prepare and maintain schedules for Owner's representatives' milestone dates
- relate schedules to cash flow requirements
- communicate scheduling impacts as each phase progresses
Preconstruction Purchasing
- review and develop subcontract scopes of work
- finalize project quantities and costs
- select and communicate with potential subcontractors and vendors
Provide Project Reporting & Documentation
- maintain records of all communications
