Buchanan specializes in multi-family housing projects. Our experience extends to public and select bids, design/build, GC/CM and negotiated contracts. Building types range from new construction, renovations, detached housing units, multiple buildings with attached units, and occupied facilities.

Buchanan has teamed with a number of housing agencies throughout the state of Washington including Common Ground, Beacon Development, King County Housing Authority, the Renton Housing Authority, the Capitol Hill Housing Improvement Project and the Low Income Housing Institute. Most of these contracts included HUD Section 3 and/or M/WBE goals, Wage Rate requirements and a Certified Payroll.
