The Stellina Condominiums

Seattle, WA

Buchanan built 34 condominium units in four buildings on a steeply sloped site. We removed 2400 cy of dirt to prepare two levels of suitable building area, resulting in a 50-foot elevation difference between upper and lower buildings.

Structural elements include post tension concrete slabs and wood framing. The extensive landscaping is anchored with 3000 SF of rockery. The buildings, which consist of one- and two-bedroom units, meet the City of Seattle Built Smart specifications.
